📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets using MS Project and Primavera.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Participate in site inspections and quality control activities.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project planning and management, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of project management software such as MS Project and Primavera.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry regulations and standards.
