📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate documents, emails, and verbal communications between Indonesian and Mandarin with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with international partners to ensure clear and effective communication.
• Adapt to the specific needs and terminology of the textile industry.
• Review and edit translations to maintain consistency and quality.
• Stay updated with industry trends and developments in both Indonesian and Mandarin.
• Assist in training new staff on translation and communication skills.
• Manage translation projects from start to finish, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Provide support to the marketing and sales teams in preparing materials for international audiences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Indonesian and Mandarin, with a strong understanding of both languages and cultures.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in translation, preferably in the textile industry.
• Proficiency in using translation software such as Trados, MemoQ, or SDL Trados.
• Bachelor's degree in Translation Studies, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Certification in translation (e.g., Certified Translator, ATA) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
