Using tools like SAP, Power BI, and Lean Six Sigma, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and measure impact. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
• Analyze business processes using data and metrics to identify areas for optimization.
• Develop and implement process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with department heads to drive continuous improvement and lean practices.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on process improvements.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices and new processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Work with external consultants and vendors to implement best practices and solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, or operational excellence.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
• Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and other process improvement tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence and motivate teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
