📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, design, and construction of civil infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet project specifications and deadlines.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control assessments to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets using industry-standard software such as Primavera.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure all projects adhere to relevant regulations and industry standards, including but not limited to SNI (Indonesian National Standard).
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and implement best practices in your work.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements and addressing any challenges.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the civil infrastructure sector.
• Professional certification such as Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent.
• Proven experience with industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian regulations and standards, including SNI.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
• Proven track record of managing projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
