📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service to festival attendees, answering questions and assisting with purchases
• Stock and organize merchandise, ensuring a well-presented and accessible shopping environment
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet and exceed customer expectations
• Promote Watsons products and services, both in-store and online
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
• Assist with event setup and breakdown, contributing to the overall event success
• Report any issues or concerns to the store manager or event coordinator
• Uphold Watsons' values and standards of conduct, ensuring a positive and respectful environment for all

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or retail, preferably in a high-energy environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers
• Familiarity with Watsons products and services is a plus
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to use POS systems and other retail software
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 20 kg
• Valid ID and the ability to work in Bali, Indonesia
