📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct reliability assessments and inspections of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Analyze system performance data to identify trends and potential issues.
• Develop and implement reliability improvement programs.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and upgrades.
• Create and maintain detailed technical reports and documentation.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance overall system reliability.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical support and training to other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical and electrical reliability engineering.
• Certification in reliability engineering (e.g., Certified Reliability Engineer - CRE) is a plus.
• Proficient in using reliability software tools such as ReliaSoft, Weibull++, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, and industrial machinery.
• Experience with predictive maintenance and condition monitoring techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
