📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist lead teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons for primary school students.
• Provide additional support to students, both academically and socially, to ensure their success.
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and growth.
• Assist with classroom management, including monitoring student behavior and addressing any issues that may arise.
• Participate in school-wide events and activities to support the overall educational experience.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to implement educational programs and initiatives.
• Assist with the preparation and grading of student assignments and assessments.
• Stay up-to-date with educational trends and best practices to enhance the learning experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with primary school students or in a similar educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian curriculum and teaching methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a team.
• Passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact on students' lives.
• Fluency in Indonesian language is required.
• Valid teaching certificate or equivalent qualification.
