📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor vehicle fleet in real-time using fleet management software such as Geotab or similar
- Proactively address operational disruptions and delays
- Manage driver schedules and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Coordinate with dispatch team to optimize route planning
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and fuel consumption
- Provide regular reports on fleet performance and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
- Train and mentor new team members
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet monitoring or logistics coordination
- Proven experience with fleet management software such as Geotab, Teltonika, or similar
- Strong knowledge of Jakarta's traffic patterns and logistics hubs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian
