As a Senior Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from job advertising and candidate sourcing to interview scheduling and onboarding. You will work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and ensure that the right candidates are recruited.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job advertising, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.
  • Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure the right candidates are recruited.
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial and final interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Prepare and submit job descriptions, interview guides, and other recruitment materials.
  • Maintain a database of candidates and track the progress of each recruitment process.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to the management team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successful hiring.
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and a passion for talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations is a plus.
