Asia Digital is looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to ensure the successful delivery of projects. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure the successful delivery of projects.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity and performance.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.,Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.,Participate in team meetings and provide updates on project progress.,Identify and address any issues or challenges that arise during project execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.,Ability to travel occasionally for team meetings and project reviews.
