📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and desserts according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Manage inventory and ensure that all ingredients are fresh and of high quality.,Work with the team to develop new pastry recipes and menu items.,Ensure that all pastries are presented in an attractive and appetizing manner.,Keep up-to-date with the latest baking techniques and trends.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in preparing and baking a variety of pastries and desserts.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with baking software and equipment.,Ability to travel and work in different locations if required.
