📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate visa applications and ensure timely processing for international clients
• Manage and organize relocation logistics, including housing, transportation, and other essential services
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the visa and relocation process
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all visa and relocation activities
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure a seamless experience for clients
• Stay up-to-date with visa regulations, policies, and best practices in Indonesia
• Assist with the development and implementation of visa and relocation programs
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in visa processing, immigration, or a related field
• Proficient in English and Indonesian languages
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with visa application software and tools such as VisaPro, VisaLink, or similar
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid work permit or visa for Indonesia
