📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service.,Manage and train a team of restaurant staff to maintain high standards of food and service.,Develop and implement operational plans to improve restaurant performance.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure cost efficiency and minimize waste.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.,Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.,Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.,Proven experience in managing and training restaurant staff.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry trends.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.,Certification in Food Safety and Health Management is a plus.
