Royal Crown Cemerlang is seeking a dedicated Production Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth production processes, maintaining quality standards, and supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid role, combining on-site and remote work.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and manage production schedules to meet daily targets.,Inspect and test products to ensure they meet quality standards.,Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.,Maintain accurate records of production data and quality control reports.,Collaborate with the production team to improve efficiency and productivity.,Participate in team meetings and provide updates on production progress.,Assist in training new employees on production processes and safety procedures.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.,Strong knowledge of quality control processes and standards.,Familiarity with production scheduling and inventory management.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.,Familiarity with basic computer software and data entry.,Willingness to work hybrid schedule (on-site and remote).
