The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate performance management, including goal setting, performance reviews, and training.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance management.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the company's efforts in employee engagement and retention.,Conduct regular audits of HR processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Certification in HR-related fields is a plus.
