📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes.,Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, and provide training to employees and managers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is a must.
