Moon Local Sentosa is seeking a dedicated Finance Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate financial records. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process and record daily financial transactions accurately.,Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to management.,Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements and budgets.,Handle vendor payments and ensure timely processing.,Monitor bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial documents.,Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and projections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

🛠️ Keahlian

Accounting software proficiency (e.g.QuickBooksSAP).Experience with financial reporting and analysis.Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work.Strong organizational and time management skills.
