📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Cross-sell BNI Life’s insurance products to BNI’s banking customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide personalized insurance solutions to meet client needs.
- Conduct market research to identify new insurance opportunities.
- Manage and track insurance policies and client interactions.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team performance.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, banking, or insurance.
- Strong understanding of banking and insurance products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English.
- Valid SIKA (Surat Izin Kerja Asuransi) certification.
- Clean criminal record and good moral character.
