📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing daily lesson plans and activities.
- Support children in their learning journey through play-based and interactive activities.
- Monitor and maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure effective communication and support.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as record-keeping and reporting.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a preschool or early childhood education setting.
- Certification in Early Childhood Education (such as CPR/First Aid, Child Development, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Passion for working with children and a commitment to their holistic development.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Familiarity with educational software and tools such as Google Classroom, Seesaw, or similar.
