📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve retail operations and customer experience.,Analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business performance.,Create and maintain dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools to support data visualization and decision making.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data, providing actionable insights to drive business growth.,Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in our retail offerings.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the retail and analytics industries, applying this knowledge to enhance our data-driven approach.,Mentor and train junior analysts to develop their skills and knowledge in data analysis and business intelligence.,Work closely with the IT department to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data used for analysis and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.,Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies, including SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.,Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation tools.,Solid understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.,Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and address business challenges through data-driven insights.,Knowledge of retail operations and industry trends is a plus.
