Seed Life Sejahtera is looking for a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and clients with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.,Schedule appointments and manage the reception area.,Maintain accurate records of visitor information.,Handle front desk operations, including mail and package reception.,Assist with event coordination and guest accommodations.,Ensure the reception area is clean and well-maintained.,Provide general administrative support as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred.,Must be able to work remotely and communicate effectively via digital platforms.
