📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of sales associates, providing training, motivation, and support.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Conduct regular store audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve company-wide sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store or team.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
